CHILD SAFEGUARDING
Multus Performance Coaching is committed to ensuring the protection and wellbeing of all children and young people training with us and to proactively ensure the rights of children and young people to safety and to act without hesitation in the maintenance of a safe environment for children.
All coaches engaged by Multus Performance Coaching are Athletics Australia accredited and therefore adhere to The Athletics Australia Code of Conduct (Code) that outlines the standards of behaviour expected of all Coaches as well as providing guidelines to safeguard Children and Young People.
This Code is read in conjunction with Athletics Australia’s (AAs) national policies, Little Athletics National Child Protection Policy and those of Athletics Victoria, our State and Territory Member Association (MAs) as well as AA’s Child Safe SportCommitment.
