By popular demand, Multus Head Coach - Steve Cain will be conducting this one-time-only Holiday Clinic, imparting 20+ years of sport-specific speed knowledge and tips across a jam packed 2hrs of fast fun.

Time: 2pm - 4pm, Friday 8th July
Venue: Box Hill Athletics Track
(Hagenauer Reserve, Barwon St, Box Hill)
Ability: All levels
Age: 9-18yrs
Bring: Drink Bottle + Training attire + Questions & a Positive Attitude
Weather: There IS a wet weather program if required

Multus Performance Coaching are facilitating a

"Come & Try for Little Athletes"

aged 5 - 15 years old. 



The clinic is designed to have Little Athletes dust off the runners and come and try athletics!

Run, jump and throw - and catch up with friends! 

Get a head start with some expert coaching tips to brush up on your skills before Little Athletics officially starts (very soon!)

Join in the fun and games! 



Date: Sunday 8th November, 2020

Staggered start schedule: 

5 - 9 year olds: 1:30pm - 2:30pm (1:15pm sign in) 

10+ year olds: 3:00pm - 4:00pm (2:45pm sign in) 


Session length: 1 hour


Location: Box Hill, Hageneur Reserve, Barwon Street, Box Hill 

Cost: FREE!

This competition is designed to cater for both elite competitors striving for qualifying performances, as well as new comers who are keen to give their first Decathlon or Heptathlon a try. For this reason (numbers permitting), we will combine age groups and seed accordingly to provide the best quality and most appropriate competition possible for all competitors. Additionally, Athletics Australia have approved this meet as a National Qualifying meet, with all results eligible for National Combined Event Championship entry if standards are met.



Boys & Girls u11,12,13,14 (All boys will compete together. All girls will compete together): 1 Day Event  17th Nov - 100m, 800m, 80m Hurdles, Long Jump, Shot Put

Boys & Girls u15 & u16 (u15 + u16 combined): 2 Day Event 16th & 17th Nov - Run to IAAF rules (exception being 76cm hurdle height, 90mH for girls, 100mH for boys). Day 1: Hurdles, High Jump, Shot Put, 200m. Day 2: Long Jump, Javelin, 800m (1500m for u15/16)


DINNER: Saturday 16th November

Time: 6.45pm 

@ Sofia's Restaurant, 857 Burke Rd, Camberwell.

Cost: $20 pp - Includes Pizza & Pasta (Drinks can be purchased separately)

* If planning interstate / International flights, please allow adequate time for unforeseeable delays and a stress free

journey home following the competition.

Should you notice any mistakes or omissions (on either the timetable or start list), please let us know asap


* Athletes compete in their Member Association Registration number - or - little athletics club uniform

* Senior competition uniform can either be Club, State or other

* 1 hour prior to your first event for Check-In on each day of your competition

* 20 min Call Room for first event of each day at Event Site

* Competition rules in adherence with IAAF rules, Excluding Little Aths Multi events

* The CANTEEN will NOT be open over the weekend (bring adequate food/fluid etc)

* The DJ would love to play your requests - bring them on a phone/ipod so the DJ can plug & play

* Results will available via   AND pinned up on the results wall as frequently as possible during the compeittion

* Personal implements are required to be checked in by 10am on Friday 15th November

* Combined Events room will be located at the top of the pavilion and available to ALL combined event athletes + Coaches only
