Jan 22: 5.30pm Junior/Senior Jumps, 7pm GYM

Jan 23: 8.30am Pole Vault. 10am Throws. 10.45am Running

Jan 26: 8.30am Pole Vault. 10am Throws. 10.45am Running

Jan 27: 4.30pm Junior Sprints/hurdles. 5.30pm Senior Sprints/hurdles. 7pm Gym

Jan 28: 5pm Junior Throws. 5.30pm Senior Throws. 6pm Running

Jan 29: 5.30pm Junior/Senior Jumps, 7pm GYM

Jan 30: 8.30am Pole Vault. 10am Throws. 10.45am Running

Jan 30: “Box Hill Twilight” from 5.30pm (competition) - no arvo training

 

Additional February sessions:

3rd: 9am Hurdles, sprints, Gym 

6th: 9am PV, 10am Jav, 10.30am Running

NOTE: 6th Feb is the Melbourne Track Classic = No afternoon training

11th: 9am Hurdles, jumps, runs

12th: 9am Throws + GYM

 

From February 3rd onwards, we are back to our REGULAR TRAINING SCHEDULE:

 

MONDAY

4.30 - 5.45pm Junior SPEED (Sprints/Hurdles/Mobility/Balance/Coordination/Strength & Conditioning)

5.30 - 6.45pm: Senior SPEED (Sprints/Hurdles/Mobility/Balance & Coordination)

6.45 - 8.15pm: Senior GYM

TUESDAY

4.30 - 5.45PM Junior THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer) 

5.30 - 7.00pm: Senior THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer) 

6.30 - 7.30pm: RUNNING

WEDNESDAY

5.30 - 7.00pm: Junior + Senior JUMPS (High Jump, Long Jump & Triple Jump) 

7.00 - 8.15pm: Senior GYM 

THURSDAY

4.30pm - Pole Vault (warmed up by 4.30pm)

5.30pm - Junior + Senior THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus) 

6.15 - 7.30pm: RUNNING

(note: No afternoon training on Feb 6th)

SUNDAY

8.30am: POLE VAULT (warmed up by 8.30am)

10.00am: THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer)

11.00am: RUNNING + FITNESS
