Monday 14th:

4.15pm - 5.30pm: Junior Sprints, Hurdles and Strength & Conditioning (Coach Sam)

5.30pm - 7pm: Senior Sprints, Hurdles and Strength & Conditioning


Tuesday 15th:

5pm - 6.30pm: Junior and Senior Throws (Coach Kat)

Wednesday 16th:

5.30pm - 7pm: Junior and Senior Jumps (Coach Craig)

Thursday 17th:

5pm - 6pm : Junior and Senior Throws (Coach Kat)

5.30pm - 6.30pm: Pole Vault (Coach Simon)

6.30pm: Running - Speed Endurance

Sunday 20th:

8.40am - Junior and Senior Throws (Coach Seb)

9.20am - Pole Vault (Coach Simon) followed by Javelin at 10am

11am: Running - Fitness & Conditioning


We hope to resume the below 'regular' timetable commencing 21st June!!







JUMPING: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump

THROWING: Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw

SPRINTS: 100m, 200m, 400m, All Hurdles

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Balance, Mobility, Coordination, Power, Strength, Event Specific
