Monday 4.15pm - 5.15pm: Junior Sprints, Hurdles & SnC - Steve + Phil

Monday 5.30pm - 7pm: Emerging Senior Sprints, Hurdles & SnC - Steve

Tuesday 4.00pm - 5.15pm: Junior Throws - Steve

Tuesday 5.30pm - 7pm: Senior Throws - Steve

Wednesday 4.30pm - 6pm: Junior & Senior Jumps - Steve + Craig

Thursday 4.15pm - 5.15pm: Pole Vault (drills only) - Steve

Thursday 4.15pm - 5.15pm: Junior Sprints & Distance - Steve + Phil

Thursday 5.30pm - 6.45pm: Junior & Senior Throws - Steve

Thursday 6.15pm - 7.15pm: Senior Running - Steve
