Heading in to the National Championships and with the Easter Holidays, here is our timetable update for April: (as at 5.4.2021)
Monday 5th: Sprints/Hurdles - 2pm elite, 4pm Senior, 4.15pm junior
Tuesday 6th: 2.30pm Elite throws, 4.15-5.15 junior + senior throws
Wednesday 7th: 9am hurdles + Elite Jumps. 5.30pm Jumps
Thursday 8th April @ Kooyong: No session
Thursday 8th April @ Box Hill: 1pm Pole Vault (warmed up), 1.30pm Jav & elite runs, 3.30pm SP-Disc-Hammer & runs.
Friday 9th: Rest
Sat 10th: 9am SP-DISC-Hammer, 10am Jav, 11am PV, 12.30pm runs
Sun 11th: Rest - or private sessions where required
Monday 12th: Sprints/Hurdles 8.30am Juniors, 9.30am Seniors
NATIONAL ATHS CHAMPS in Sydney: 12-19th April
For the rest of April:
Monday 19th & 26th @ Box Hill 4.15pm Juniors, 5.30pm Seniors: Sprints, Hurdles + SnC (Coach Liam)
Tuesday 13th, 20th & 27th @ Box Hill: 4.30pm All Throws (Coach Kat)
Thursday 15th, 22nd & 29th @ Kooyong: 4pm throws, 4.30pm Jumps + Runs (Coach Jess)

Our regular weekly schedule is as follows:
1 on 1 private sessions are available by appointment.
JUMPING: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump
THROWING: Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw
SPRINTS: 100m, 200m, 400m, All Hurdles
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Balance, Mobility, Coordination, Power, Strength, Event Specific
