We are BACK on track (well almost)

Our training schedule will update week - by - week and our fingers are crossed the Box Hill Athletics Track will be reopened for use asap! To account for numbers, please confirm your attendance via phone or email.

Monday 1st June:

4.15pm - Junior Sprints + Strength & Conditioning (Kooyong - Sir Zelman Cowen Park)

5.30pm - Senior Sprints/Hurdles + Strength & Conditioning (Kooyong - Sir Zelman Cowen Park)

 

Wednesday 3rd June:

4.30pm - Junior & Senior Jumps + Strength & Conditioning (Kooyong - Sir Zelman Cowen Park)

- This session will be land based (no HJ mats)

 

Thursday 4th June:

4.30pm - Junior & Senior Running (Kooyong - Sir Zelman Cowen Park)

 

Sunday 7th June: both Junior & Senior at Collingwood Aths Track (George Knott Reserve)

9am - Discus

9.30am - Shot Put

10am - Javelin

11am - Running

 

1 on 1 private sessions are still available by appointment.

4.30 - 5.45pm Junior SPEED (Sprints/Hurdles/Mobility/Balance/Coordination/Strength & Conditioning)

5.30 - 6.45pm: Senior SPEED (Sprints/Hurdles/Mobility/Balance & Coordination)

6.45 - 7.45pm: Senior S & C - outside

TUESDAY

4.30 - 5.45PM Junior THROWS <u18 (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer) 

5.30 - 7.00pm: Senior THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer) 

6.00 - 7.00pm: RUNNING

WEDNESDAY

5.30 - 7.00pm: Junior + Senior JUMPS (High Jump, Long Jump & Triple Jump) 

6.45 - 8.00pm: Senior S & C - outside 

THURSDAY

4.30 - 5.45pm: Junior Sprints & Distance Running

4.30pm: Pole Vault (warmed up by 4.30pm)

5.30pm: Junior + Senior THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus) 

6.15 - 7.30pm: RUNNING

SUNDAY

8.30am: POLE VAULT (warmed up by 8.30am)

10.00am: THROWS (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer)

11.00am: RUNNING + FITNESS
