Due to various competitions and track access limitations, here is our updated TRAINING SCHEDULE as at 25.1.2021

 

Monday 25th: Will be hot, we will train, come prepared

 

  • 4.15-5.15pm - Junior Sprints & Hurdles

  • 5.30-7pm - ALL Senior Sprints & Hurdles (no 2pm session)

 

Tuesday 26th: 

 

  • 9.30-10.30am - Junior Throws

  • 9.30-11am - Senior Throws

 

Wednesday 27th: 

 

  • 5.30-7pm - Junior & Senior Jumps

 

Thursday 28th @ Kooyong with Jess:

 

  • 4pm - Throws

  • 4.30-5.30pm - Running, Jumps, Strength & Conditioning

 

Thursday 28th @ Box Hill:

 

  • 2-4pm - Pole Vault

  • 2.30pm - Elite Runs

  • 4pm - Throws

  • 4.30-5.30pm - Junior Runs

 

Fri, Sat & Sunday 29th, 30th & 31st: 

 

  • NO TRAINING - AV Relays & LAVIC Multi Champs - GOOD LUCK to those competing

 

Monday 1st Feb: 

  • 4.15-5.15pm - Junior Sprints & Hurdles

  • 4pm - Throws

  • 4.30pm - Running, Jumps, Strength & Conditioning

 

Thursday 4th @ Box Hill: 

 

  • 1pm - Combined Events & Throws 

  • 3pm onwards: No training. Competition for most: HVC & Rare Air 

Sat 6th & Sun 7th: AV Multi Event Champs, Bendigo.

  • Sunday 7th @ Box Hill:

    • 9am - Shot Put, Discus, Hammer​

    • 10am - Javelin

    • 11am - Junior & Senior Runs

Thursday 11th Feb: Box Hill closed - session is at Nunawading @ normal times. Kooyong with Jess as normal.

JUMPING: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump

THROWING: Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw

SPRINTS: 100m, 200m, 400m, All Hurdles

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Balance, Mobility, Coordination, Power, Strength, Event Specific
