- ALL Junior + Senior sprints/running/hurdles arrive & warmup @ 4:15pm (first rep @ 4:40pm)

- No circular throws

- Javelin: arrive & warmup @ 4:45pm

- Pole Vault: Rare Air competition

No Training on March 22nd (Open State Champs)

JUMPING: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault

THROWING: Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw

SPRINTS: 100m, 200m, 400m, All Hurdles

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Balance, Mobility, Coordination, Power, Strength, Event Specific
