*UPDATE: THURSDAY 6th & 27th MARCH - Due to the Box Hill Burn & Classic (first race 5:30pm), training times are as follows:
4pm - 5.15pm: ALL Throws (Steve will be at circular throws 4-4.35pm and Jav 4.40-5.15pm)
4.15pm - 5.15pm: ALL Hurdles & Sprints
4.15pm - 5.15pm: JUNIOR Running
5:30pm - Pole Vault
* Sunday training on 9th March will run as normal
** For ALL Sunday RUN sessions in March-April: please confirm details prior to arrival as some last minute changes may occur

THROWING: Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw
SPRINTS: 100m, 200m, 400m, All Hurdles
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Balance, Mobility, Coordination, Power, Strength, Event Specific
